🚀 About Me
With a BA (Hons) in English Literature and a Certificate in Education, I bring a lifelong passion for language and learning to every lesson.
I’ve taught English at all levels — from school pupils to adult learners — and have extensive experience as a Lecturer in English and ESOL, helping non-native speakers achieve fluency and confidence.
My background as a professional journalist and award-winning creative writer (New Voice Runner-Up, Oxford Flash Fiction Prize 2023). brings a unique energy to my teaching: lessons are imaginative, engaging, and grounded in real-world communication.
Alongside this, my work as a librarian in one of London’s leading grammar schools has deepened my understanding of how young people think, read, and learn.
I combine academic rigour with warmth and creativity — inspiring students to express themselves clearly, think critically, and love English.
